FOOD TRUCK CALENDER - September 2024
GTCC's "Green Machine" Food Truck and several other local FOOD TRUCKS come to campus to support Student Life and Special Events throughout the year. Please check the calendar below for location/dates and times and look for information on our social media sites or flyers on campus. Look for them mainly in Spring, Fall and Winter. (Occasionally the Food Trucks have to cancel do to Zeus's lightning bolts and other uncontrollable factors) We also offer a variety of food, drinks and snacks in each Campus Store.

GTCC's "Green Machine" is a mobile classroom! You will find our Faculty and Students who operate the Green Machine out on campus at various times operating as a class learning lab and serving up some incredible dishes! Check with Student Life for times, dates and locations.
GTCC launched the Mobile Catering and Food Truck program in 2017. The 42-credit program is designed to help students navigate the rules and regulations for food trucks and offers a faster track for students who want to get into the food industry. By the time students earn their diplomas, they have tested their recipes and have the marketing and business skills needed to own and operate a food truck.
